CURVE TRACER MEASUREMENT
It can often
happen that
from
graphs of the
characteristic curves
of the electronic
devices supplied
by the manufacturers,
you can not
compare
well
among
the various components,
because they are in
different
ranges and
working conditions.
So in the spirit
of getting
a
real and true
comparisons
between various
transistors,
as well as
obtain an immediate and
easy to read result,
I
have made a series of
measurements using a
tracer
in which the
varius devices have
been subject to
the same conditions as
the same
amplitude
excursions
and the same load
as specified
for the various
groups in that
were divided.
